4 Steps to a Successful Mould Remediation Project

1. Identify the extent of the problem – mould is a symptom of moisture. This must be addressed to prevent the mould from reoccurring. CDI often works with third-party consultants on medium and large mould remediation projects.
2. Develop a project specific plan including
   • Safe work practices
   • Steps to be taken to prevent mould from spreading
   • Air handling/filtration equipment required
   • Waste removal
3. Execute
